Rooted in our land, carried in every bottle.

We are three cousins who grew up in Kufeir, a small hilltop village just south of Jenin, surrounded by precious olive trees, many of them centuries old. We share a deep love for and connection to our land and our country, and we're so excited to work together to share a part of our heritage with the world, one bottle at a time.

Our story

From our village to the present

Where we grew up

We grew up in Kufeir, a small hilltop village just south of Jenin. Our childhoods followed the rhythm of the olive trees: the autumn harvest, the gatherings in the groves, and fresh oil on the family table.

Laith

Laith spent his childhood in Kufeir, learning to appreciate agricultural life in rural Palestine. He now lives in the United States and returns every year to spend time with family and take part in the olive harvest.

Laith is deeply proud of his Palestinian roots and of helping carry on his grandfather's legacy by sharing it with people abroad.

In his words: “Olive oil is how I share my story of Palestine. Our suffering is deeply rooted, and telling it through the journey of olive oil feels like the right way to do it. I'm grateful to be able to help my grandparents and support families back home.”

Our commitment

Our commitment to our land doesn't end at selling olive oil. With every bottle, we deliver the story of its past and its journey to the present.

Every bottle helps build a brighter future

We intend to donate [X]% of our proceeds to organisations like the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), HEAL Palestine and others that help children in Gaza and the West Bank build a brighter future and overcome the challenges of occupation and apartheid.
